Nicholas is doing very well about 5 weeks after amputation, handling flight os 5 stairs, standing straighter, and now swimming. Still our sweet boy.

Pictures 2 weeks after amp
Nicholas Newf, age 8.
Nicholas, our big sweet Newfie, turned 8 on May 15, 2023. He was limping a bit on Friday and Saturday and then on Sunday, May 28 a tumor the size of an egg appeared on his leg. Since other standard treatments were ruled out we chose amputation. That was yesterday, and he seems to be doing well. Here’s a picture of the birthday boy, and of him one day post op.
